Employer-sponsored permit for those with a relevant degree or vocational qualification and a Norwegian job offer. Where no collective agreement applies, UDI's minimum pay from 1 May 2026 is NOK 545,400 a year for bachelor-level roles and NOK 624,700 for master-level roles. Since 19 February 2026 the employer must confirm the job offer before you apply from abroad.
