Eligibility requirements

  • Special Talent: executives and specialists in health, science and research meeting salary and experience criteria
  • Gifted: recognised talent in culture and sport
  • Investor: SAR 7 million investment through a licensed entity
  • Entrepreneur: SAR 400,000 raised from an accredited investor and at least a 20% stake (5 years, renewable once)
  • Real Estate Owner: residential property worth SAR 4 million or more
